All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery and must be in its original conditions. The return Only apply to quality problem.Please provide pictures for reference.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.
Please allow few days for us to proceed the refund after receive your return item.
Before send out,if customer ask for refund due to their own reasons, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.If the order have been sent out,the shipment cost and 15% restocking fee will also be deductedthen can't cancel order.The order cancellation is final subject to the Email sent from this site.
If the item you ordered out of stock and not like any other item for replacement then you will get a full refund.
